I LOVE avocado. I can put it in my eggs, salad, grilled cheese and eat it even with a little sea salt. Sometimes I don’t use the whole avocado and that is where today’s tip comes in handy.
Avocado browns very easily. Do keep half of an avocado fresh leave the pit in. So when you cut it in half use the half without the pit first. Place the other half with the pit in a Ziplock bag and place it in the fridge.
So don’t fret over wasting that delicious avocado…now you know what to do with it!
