~Sorry for the late post y’all, we took Lily to the Zoo and I totally forgot!!!
I was taught at an early age to bring new neighbors a sweet gesture to welcome them to the block. Bringing food to people in a time of need (divorce, illness, birth, and death) is a sweet gesture I’m sure anyone would appreciate if the roles were reversed.
I was contacted by my girlfriend Rachel about putting together a meal train for our friend Elisa who just gave birth to sweet baby Emelia. Elisa also has twin boys, so that is three kids under the age of two….if that doesn’t deserve a meal train then I don’t know what does!
Rachel sent an email with a link to a fabulous site called Meal Train, of course! It’s a great tool to set up food delivery via the internet. With Meal train friends and family have a calendar that allows them to pick a date that works for their schedule and the friend in need. You can input what meal you will be delivering so others can see and four lasagnas won’t be dropped on four days in a row!
Meal Train will also send you a reminder the day before it’s your turn to bring food…something this busy mom appreciates!
So check out Meal Train for this FREE..of yeah it’s a FREE tool if you know anyone that could use some cooked meals!
